Our Salmon Rub is made in our shop with real ingredients and real lemon that we dehydrate ourselves!
Simply rub seasoning on salmon (or any fish/chicken). You can drizzle with olive oil if desired. Allow to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes, but the longer the better! For fish, we recommend about 4 -8 hours if possible. Fire up that grill, get it hot and then turn down to a medium heat and place salmon on the grill ( skin side down) on foil if desired. Grill until the fish flakes when pressed with a fork. Serve with steamed rice and green beans.
