All Purpose Rub
To Use: Rub liberally on chicken, pork, beef, fish, or venison. Let rest in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, then grill indirectly until almost your desired level of doneness. Grill last 5 minutes directly over heat on each side for grill marks and added flavor.
