Cow Tippin' Rub

To Use:  Coat beef with a drizzle of oil, sprinkle lightly with seasoning and rub into meat.  Let stand at room temp 20-30 minutes, rest or overnight in fridge. Grill on Medium heat until cooked to your liking.  Best on beef, but heck, try it on anything! A little spice, a little heat... BIG flavor.
