Firecracker Seafood Seasoning

Directions: 4 fillets of salmon or your favorite fish, or shrimp, or any seafood of choice.  Mix 2 tbsp. seasoning w/ 2 tbsp. chili sauce, 1 tbsp. soy, 1 tbsp. olive oil, and 1 tsp. hot sauce of choice.  Marinate the fish or seafood in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 48 hours.  Grill at medium heat until cooked thoroughly.

    Brown sugar, salt, ginger, garlic, chives, paprika, pepper cayenne, red pepper flakes.
