Greek Veggie Seasoning

Directions:  Mix 3 Tbsp. with 1. cup olive oil, 1/3 cup vinegar.  Toss with veggies, potatoes, or meat of your choice, for a marinade.  Also can be used as a light and refreshing salad dressing. Nice garlic and oregano flavors!  Try marinating tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumbers, and olives for a quick and tasty summer salad.
