Mix contents of bag with 2lb your choice of ground beef, turkey, pork, venison, or any combination of those meats. Add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk or water, 1 1/4 cup bread crumbs or crackers, or oatmeal, and 3 Tbsp. parmesan cheese. Mix until just combined - don't overmix. Roll into balls and bake in a 375 degree oven on cookie sheet until done, approx. 25 minutes.
