Pulled Pork Seasoning
To Use: Rub a 2-3 lb pork shoulder roast or chef's prime roast with seasoning. Cut into large chunks for easier shredding when cooked. Place in center of crock pot. Add 1-2 cups ketchup or tomato sauce, 1-2Ttbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup water. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred with forks & serve on toasted buttered rolls. If more sauce is desired for dipping, increase ketchup & water by 1/2 cup each after shredding.
