Sriracha Fans!  Here you go.  Tender beef sliced and  marinated in a traditional and authentic Sriracha sauce for a minimum of 48 hours.  Just prior to going into the dehydrator, we hit it with another shot of straight Sriracha sauce.  This dehydrates into a flavorful almost powder on the strips of beef.  A little heat and a lot of flavor.  We give this one 2 out of 4 peppers on our spiciness scale!
