Turkey Brining Seasoning

Directions: Mix packet with 1 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. salt, 4 gallons water, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar in large pot, bring to boil.  Cool seasoning with ice or overnight..  Place 14-20 lb turkey in a large cooler or pot, cover with brine and let rest for 24-48 hours. Remove from brine, pat dry, place  in roasting pan, season with salt, pepper, parsley, stuff cavity with stuffing if desired.  Cook as normal, basting with juices throughout cooking
