Baked Haddock with Garlic Lovers Dip and Seasoning and 5-Onion Seasoning


1 pound of haddock

Panko Breadcrumbs (unseasoned)

1 stick of butter

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 c. of shredded Parmesan cheese

Garlic Lover's Dip and Seasoning

5-Onion Dip and Seasoning


(preheat over to 350 degrees)

  1. Lightly spray an oblong baking dish with cooking spray. Place haddock in the dish and set aside.

  2. Microwave 3 tbsp. of butter in a small bowl until melted then mix in 2 tsp. of Garlic Lover's Seasoning. Add in the lemon juice. Pour over the fish.

  3. For bread crumb topping: Melt another 2 tblsp. of butter and add to 1 c. of breadcrumbs. Mix in 2 tsp. of the 5-Onion seasoning and the 1 c. of shredded Parmesan. Sprinkle over the fish. Bake for 20 minutes until fish is flaky.

Tips: a perfect side dish is risotto or creamy mashed potatoes. (Add a dash of Garlic Lover's Dip and 5-Onion to your whipped potatoes.)
