Fill large stock pot with 9 cups water or combination of water & broth or stock. Bring to boil. Add package of soup mix and simmer for 10-12 minutes unitl carrots are tender and tortellini is fully cooked. If desired, add cooked crumbled sausage or shredded cooked chicken. Top with parmesan cheese and enjoy. Makes 6-8 servings depending on serving size.
