Jerk Seasoning

Directions:  Use with chicken, pork, beef or fish. Mix 3 Tbsp. of seasoning with 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup honey, 2 Tbsp. ketchup.  Mix well and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to overnight.  Grill meat until fully cooked and nicely blackened.
