Maple BBQ Rub
To Use: Rub with olive oil, and 2 tsp. seasoning on 1-2 lbs chicken, pork, steaks, or venison. Let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or leave overnight. Grill until cooked thoroughly.
Also great on salmon or steelhead trout!
