Maple BBQ Rub

To Use: Rub with olive oil, and 2 tsp. seasoning on 1-2 lbs chicken, pork, steaks, or venison.  Let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or leave overnight.  Grill until cooked thoroughly.  

Also great on salmon or steelhead trout!

    Brown sugar, salt, paprika, garlic powder, smoked paprika, ginger, onion powder, pure NY state maple syrup, pepper, mustard powder
